LIFETIME GUARANTEE

All Bowland Leather products are handmade by me, Andrew. I use only the highest quality leathers, fittings and thread. They are stitched using the saddle stitch method so even if a stitch breaks it won't unravel like a machine stitch. The leather will wear in and get softer. The item will age beautifully and will give years and years of service.

Having created each item myself I know they will last but to back up my faith in my product each Bowland Leather item comes with a lifetime guarantee. After all, how can I ask you to spend your hard earned money on my product if I don't stand by them myself!

What does this mean?

It means that I will repair or replace any of my products that are found to have a  fault that develops due to faulty leather or craftmanship. Examples include stitching or rivets failing. If your item is no longer available I will issue store credit to value of the original purchase cost.

What does it not include?

The guarantee does not include any damage caused by general wear and tear from everyday use, neglect, improper care, accidental damage or willful damage. Basically the guarantee won't cover you for accidently jumping in the pool on holiday with your wallet in your pocket or if you put it in the washing machine by mistake, if your dog chews it, if you leave it in the sun for ages and it burns or you spill wine or beer over it etc

The guarantee is only valid to the original owner with proof of purchase. Original order numbers may be required to confirm your purchase.

All costs incurred returning a faulty product to us are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered by or included in the guarantee.
