“Sabden” Handstitched Bridle Leather Belt.

The Sabden leather belt is made using 3.5mm thick British Bridle Leather. This leather is some of the best you can buy and will easily stand up to the rigours of everyday use. The belt is hand cut and the edges hand burnished to ensure the leather is properly sealed. The buckle is hand cast here in the UK and is made from solid brass. The belt is hand stitched along the belt to create a strong durable fix unlike many belts on the market that are either riveted or use screws to hold buckles in place making them less durable and cheaper to make. 

Measurements

The Sabden is 32mm wide and this ready to ship version is made to fit a 36" waist. It measures 36" to the middle hole with 3 extra holes either side giving 7 holes in total giving a range of 33 to 39 inches.

Please do not order your trouser waist size!

Belt size is usually around 3 to 4 inches bigger than your trouser size so if you normally wear 30 inch trousers or jeans then a 34 inch belt would be advisable. However the best way to measure for a new belt is your old one. Please refer to the diagram below for intructions on how to do this.
